Setting tariff plans based on normal and uniform criteria without considering the customer's needs and issues is not a proper approach.
We, through the initial visit and free consultation, examine your needs and issues. Based on that, we propose several plans with different costs. In this way, the right to choose is yours, and you can make your choice considering the cost and advantages of each plan.

NTCorp Technical Engineering Company provides services in the field of computer networks and information technology for all businesses in need of these services. It goes without saying that the priority of this company is with the parties involved in the contract. However, you can always benefit from our free initial consultation.
Our goal is to provide the best services to you. Depending on the nature of contractual agreements, NTCorp, considering all aspects and specifying the rules and methods of service provision, can offer a set of services under the title of a plan.
Our support services include support and security for computer and communication networks, support for networked call centers, and support for internet websites.
Before the end of the contract deadline, NTCorp will present a new contract to the customer, and the new contract is open to negotiation and revision. If the customer does not take any action to enter into a new contract, services will be provided remotely for one month. If the status of the new contract is not determined during this time, all services will be discontinued after the one-month period.
After establishing communication with NTCorp, providing the initial free consultation, until the arrangement and presentation of the contract to the customer, some of their current issues are examined and resolved on an agreement basis. These services are outside the scope of the contract, and if there is no need for fundamental changes or equipment procurement, there will be no charge for these services.
Yes, if there is a need and an agreement between the customer and NTCorp, it is possible to upgrade the contract terms and expand it at any time. It is understood that there is no possibility to cancel certain commitments and reduce the contract price until the completion of the current contract.
The service rates are determined based on the extent of commitments. NTCorp Engineering Company strives to design and offer customized plans for customers based on their needs.
Cancellation of the contract is possible at any time for the customer, but it's important to note that any fees collected until the end of the month are non-refundable, and the remaining contract period fees will be refunded with a 50% deduction.
